Delete your account

Delete inside SnapCoach

The fastest method is built into the app. Open SnapCoach, open Settings, find the Account section, choose Delete account, and confirm. Account deletion is permanent.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email associated with your SnapCoach account to lee.n.changhee.19@gmail.com. Use the subject “SnapCoach Account Deletion Request” and include your account email. We may ask you to verify account ownership. We aim to complete verified requests within seven business days.

What is deleted

We may retain limited transaction, security, or support records when required for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. We do not retain your SnapCoach meal or body-profile data for those purposes.

• Your account email and SnapCoach user identifier.
• Profile, body-metric, goal, preference, and coaching settings.
• Meal descriptions, saved meals, nutrition estimates, and daily plans.
• Check-ins, mood, sleep, activity, weekly summaries, and personalization memory.

Subscription notice

Deleting your SnapCoach account does not cancel an Apple subscription. To avoid a future charge, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose SnapCoach, and cancel before renewal. Apple controls billing records and refund decisions.
