Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using SnapCoach, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms are between you and PFC AI Automation LLC.

Not medical advice

SnapCoach does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition and does not guarantee a weight, health, or fitness outcome. You are responsible for your health decisions.

Who can use SnapCoach

You must be at least 17 years old to use SnapCoach. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating, consult a qualified professional before setting nutrition goals.

Your account

You are responsible for your account security and for the accuracy of information you provide. You may delete your account from Settings in the app or use our public account-deletion instructions.

AI estimates

Calorie, protein, and macro values and coaching messages are generated by an AI model from your typed meal descriptions and profile inputs. They are directional estimates, not precise or clinical measurements, and may be wrong. Use them as a guide, not a source of medical truth.

Subscriptions, trial, and billing

SnapCoach Premium unlocks unlimited AI meal reads. It is offered as a $9.99 monthly or $69.99 annual auto-renewing subscription. Eligible new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. The exact price shown by Apple at purchase controls and may vary if pricing changes.

Payment is charged to your Apple account. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription period ends, the subscription automatically renews. You can manage or cancel from Apple account subscription settings. Deleting your SnapCoach account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an App Store subscription.

We receive subscription and entitlement status through RevenueCat, but we do not receive or store your payment card details. Restore purchases is available inside SnapCoach.

Acceptable use

Use SnapCoach only for lawful personal wellness purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the app in a way that could harm yourself or another person.

Your content

You retain ownership of meal descriptions and other inputs you provide. You grant us a limited license to process and store them only as needed to operate SnapCoach, including AI estimation, personalization, backup, security, and support as described in the Privacy Policy. Your meal records are not visible to other SnapCoach users.

Service availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of SnapCoach. AI and network-dependent features may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend access for abuse or violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapCoach is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its estimates.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms and will post a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
