Who we are

SnapCoach is a general wellness and nutrition coaching app operated by PFC AI Automation LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions can be sent to lee.n.changhee.19@gmail.com.

SnapCoach is not a medical device and does not provide medical services.

What we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide your plan, estimates, coaching, account, and subscription access.

• Account information: your email address and account identifier, including an Apple-provided private relay email if you choose Hide My Email.
• Profile and goal data: the height, weight, birth year, sex at birth, activity level, target, dietary preferences, and coaching choices you enter.
• Health-adjacent inputs: manually entered sleep, activity, check-ins, and mood.
• Meal descriptions: foods, portions, cooking methods, sides, and drinks you type. SnapCoach does not collect meal photos or request camera or photo-library access.
• Derived information: AI-generated calorie, protein, and macro estimates, coaching text, daily plans, and weekly summaries.
• Subscription information: product, trial, purchase, and entitlement status from the App Store and RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment card details.
• Product analytics: an anonymous identifier and onboarding, completion, and trial-funnel events used to improve the app. These events do not include meal descriptions or body measurements.

How your data is stored and processed

Your account, profile, goal, meal descriptions, estimates, plans, and health-adjacent inputs are stored in our backend database, Convex.

When you request a meal estimate, the typed meal description is sent to Google Gemini. Gemini returns calorie, protein, and macro estimates. The result is approximate, not a clinical measurement, and may be inaccurate.

Anonymous onboarding analytics are stored separately from your account. We use them only to understand and improve setup and subscription flows.

Subscriptions are sold by Apple and entitlement status is synchronized through RevenueCat. Apple handles payment details; RevenueCat tells the app whether your trial or subscription is active.

How we use your data

• Create and personalize your daily plan, meal estimates, and coaching.
• Adjust future plans and produce weekly summaries.
• Provide reminders you enable; reminders are scheduled on your device.
• Authenticate your account, restore purchases, and provide customer support.
• Measure setup and subscription-funnel performance without using meal text or body measurements.
• Protect the app, investigate errors, and prevent abuse.

Service providers

We use Convex for authentication and backend storage, Google Gemini to generate requested meal estimates, RevenueCat to synchronize subscription status, and Apple for Sign in with Apple and App Store billing. They process information only as needed to provide those services under their respective terms and privacy commitments.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use meal descriptions, body measurements, or health-adjacent inputs for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. SnapCoach does not display third-party ads.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account inside SnapCoach by opening Settings, finding Account, and choosing Delete account. This removes your profile, goals, meals, estimates, plans, check-ins, and health-adjacent inputs from our systems, except for limited records we must keep for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

If you cannot access the app, follow our account-deletion instructions or email lee.n.changhee.19@gmail.com. Deleting SnapCoach data does not cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions must be cancelled in Apple account settings.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. We use reputable infrastructure providers and limit access to what is needed to operate and support SnapCoach. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

SnapCoach is intended for people age 17 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can edit profile information, disable reminders, restore purchases, and delete your account from the app. Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal information by emailing lee.n.changhee.19@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

Changes and contact
