I am an American and a US Army veteran. I run a 50-room hotel in Daegu, Korea, along with a coin laundry and a convenience store. Everything on this site runs on my businesses before it runs on anyone else’s. That is not a slogan. It is how I find out what breaks.
The first thing I built for my own property was not a demo. It was the housekeeping report my staff needed by 11 in the morning: read the property system, send the two lines that matter, and tell me in Slack when it did not go through. Then the guest chatbot. Then the confirmation documents the front desk had been retyping by hand.
Each one broke in a way I only found out by running it on my own front desk. That is the part you are actually buying. The mistakes are already made, and they were made on my money.
I will tell you what it does not do as clearly as what it does. If it is not a fit, I will say so on the first call.

What I can actually show you
Three numbers. Each one names the thing it was read out of. The third is the one most agency sites leave off.

There is no client wall on this site, because I have not earned one yet. When there is one, it will be people who paid me.

No number without its record
Every figure on this site names the file, log or system it was read out of. If I cannot cite it, I cut it.

No promise about your revenue
I do not guarantee a number of bookings, a revenue figure, or a result. Anyone who guarantees you revenue on a system they have not run in your business yet is guessing.

No pretending something is finished
Work that only runs on my own machine says so. Work that is live says so. The labels on the case studies are not decoration, and one of them currently reads zero.
